Tim Rettig, Staffanation interim owner, is empowering the employees at Staffanation to become employee owners.

Tim purchased Premium Personnel in 2020, rebranding the decades-old company as Staffanation. A serial entrepreneur, Tim started LAN Solutions, a networking services company in 1992. In 2010, he merged LAN Solutions with Intrust Group. Now known as Intrust IT and located in Blue Ash, Ohio, the company transitioned to employee ownership in 2019. He envisions Staffanation will follow the same path to an ESOP over the next five to 10 years.

One of Tim’s goals as interim owner is to find and incorporate cutting-edge business practices at Staffanation. He has a passion for work and for making time spent at work enjoyable. Named by MeetAdvisors.com as one of “10 CEOs That Know How to Have Fun,” Tim’s leadership helped Intrust be nominated as a Best Place to Work by the Cincinnati Business Courier eight years in a row.

Tim is part of a group of entrepreneurs and investors working to improve our regional economy and reduce income inequality by buying companies from retiring owners, investing in them, modernizing them, and empowering the employees to become the owners.

Tim speaks at numerous technology and business events every year, and is currently hosting free monthly educational webinars.
