Production Operator – 1st and 2nd shift – $17.50-$19/hr

A well-established company in Dayton, OH is looking for Production Operator with a strong attention to detail and an eagerness to work, to join their team!

Position Details:

Production operators are responsible for the assembly of various products using hand tools and other machinery as needed. The Production Operator position is located in Dayton, OH and offers multiple shifts!

Hours and Pay:

1st shift hours are 5am-3:30pm with a pay rate of $17.50/hr
2nd shift hours are 3:30pm-2am with a pay rate of $19

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to run various machines; winders, presses, soldering equipment, testing equipment, laser machines, injection mold machine
• Ability to solder and use of a microscope
• Ability to hand assemble products,
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, routers
• Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent eyesight a must
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent eye/hand coordination
• Close attention to detail
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Must be quality conscious
