Call Center/Dispatcher – 1st and 2nd shift – $18-$18.75/hr

A well-established company in Miamisburg, OH is looking for Call Center/Dispatcher with a strong attention to detail and an eagerness to work, to join their team!

Position Details:

The Call Center/Dispatcher is responsible for handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist costumers. You will use computer software to monitor accounts and enter customer data.

Hours and Pay:

1st shift hours are 7am-3pm with a pay rate of $18/hr
2nd shift hours are 3pm-11pm with a pay rate of $18.75

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes.
• Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered.
• Working well with team members and customers.
• Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems.
• Maintaining call center database by entering information.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Solid work history required.
• Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication
