1) All employees self-monitor daily for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entering the office including taking your temperature. If you have a temperature, have illness symptoms, or suspect possible exposure to COVID-19 through another person, DO NOT COME IN TO THE OFFICE!!!
2) Always keep PFS office doors locked during business hours (and non-business hours) and allow no PFS associates (external employees) or other persons to enter PFS offices.
3) Please strictly practice social distancing from your co-workers and ensure you are a minimum of six feet apart from one another at all times.
4) DO NOT use other workers’ phones, desks, computers, or other equipment, when possible. Maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routine daily or greater cleaning and disinfecting of common surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment including all doorknobs.
5) Eliminate contact among PFS associates (external employees), clients, and customers by replacing face-to-face meetings with virtual communications and utilizing online application processes. Any deliveries must be exchanged outside of the office with door handles and any touched surfaces cleaned and disinfected.
6) If you leave the office for any reason (post office, food take-out, etc.) and return to the office, follow proper universal cleaning and disinfecting practices, and all other safety precautions upon your return.
